Ortus Station: Productivity Rising.

A crew of AI helpers with personalities of their own, on a station you build and run. Tell them what you need. They get on with it, and ask before anything goes out.

Starts with $2 of free credit.

Invite-only during the beta.

Watch your crew at work

Every crew member has a building of their own round Ortus Command, and your Special Forces live in the Barracks. A bubble over each one shows who's working, who's thrilled and who needs you.

  • Just say what you need: Tell Ortus Command in plain words. It plans the work, picks the right crew member for each step and asks when something is unclear.
  • Nothing goes out without you: Anything that sends, posts or changes something asks first. You see exactly what will happen, then say yes or no.
  • Finished files you can use: Documents, PowerPoint decks, spreadsheets, websites with working forms, apps, pictures, video and research with sources. Word files and PDFs come back with tracked changes.

Twelve crew members, each with a job

Each crew member has its own skills, tools and building. Pick one to see what it does.

  • Atlas, assistant (Office): Your right hand. Keeps notes, to-dos and reminders, handles quick tasks and helps you find your way round the station.
  • Iris, station support (Cantina): Answers how anything in Ortus works, takes problem reports and ideas, and tells you what's new.
  • Quill, writer (Press Room): Blogs, newsletters, proposals and web copy, drafted and saved where you want them.
  • Wren, researcher (Observatory): Searches the web, reads the pages in full and gives you the short version, with its sources. Each claim is checked against what it read.
  • Kit, bookkeeper (Vault): Invoices, expenses and reminders, kept tidy in Sheets or your own folder.
  • Nova, sales rep (Trade Post): Finds leads, writes the first email and follows up. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
  • Rex, marketer (Broadcast Tower): Campaign plans, content calendars and posts for each channel, with a reminder when each one is due.
  • Vex, communications (Comms Tower): Looks after your inbox. Sorts what needs you, drafts replies in your voice, finds meeting times and follows up.
  • Zed, designer (Design Studio): Pictures, social graphics and slide decks in your brand colours. A deck comes as a PowerPoint file you can edit, with a PDF.
  • Bolt, developer (Forge): Websites, apps and code. Builds them, shows you every change to keep or leave out, and sends the code to GitHub.
  • Echo, support (Help Desk): Answers customer questions from what you taught the station, and passes the hard ones to you.
  • Juno, inspector (Inspection Bay): Checks the crew's work before you see it: facts, figures and links. It fixes only the words at fault, and never makes up a fact.

Careful work, passed on like a team

How the crew thinks a job through, hands it on and checks it before you see it.

  • Thinks it through: Crew work runs on Claude Opus 5.5 as standard, given full time to think before it writes.
  • Hands work on like a team: Each step sees all the work before it, leaves a note for the next, and can ask whoever did an earlier step.
  • Research you can check: Whole pages read, not snippets. Every source named, and each claim checked against what was read.
  • Checked before you see it: A check fixes only the exact words at fault, and never makes up a fact. A fix that would make the work worse is not kept.
  • Decks you can open and edit: Slide decks designed for what they say, as real PowerPoint files and a PDF. Each deck keeps to its own budget, US$10 unless you change it.
  • Pictures, video and voice: Pictures, logos, short videos and voiceovers when the work needs them: a flyer, a website, a social post.

Work gets done. It's also fun.

Each crew member has a character and moods, and levels up as it works. The station grows around them. Work with one for a while and it learns how you like things done and the names you use. Name them, pick their personality, and set the place up how you like.

Works with the apps you already use

Live today: Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, Calendly, Stripe, web search and your working folders. On the way: QuickBooks, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram and X.

  • Reads what it needs: Crew members look things up in your Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Drive, right in the chat.
  • Asks before it acts: Sending, posting or changing anything waits for your OK, with exactly what will happen.
  • Working folders: Add a folder from your computer or Google Drive. The crew works from the PDFs, Word files and spreadsheets in it.
  • Connect from the chat: Missing an app? The crew offers a Connect button and carries on once you are back.

Jobs that run on their own

Give the crew a goal, or build a mission step by step yourself. It runs on a schedule, or when another app calls its web address. The crew checks in each morning and only stops for you when it needs your OK. A mission that repeats can keep a running list: one spreadsheet that marks what's new each time.

Special Forces: Your crew works when you ask. Special Forces work while you're away.

Give an operative a standing job, like watching for new reviews, grants and tenders, enquiries or late invoices. It does the work, tells you what it found, and asks before anything goes out.

Special Forces: With Explorer and Voyager.

  • Standing jobs: Want something made? Ask your crew for a job. Want something watched or kept up while you're away? Give an operative a standing job: Reputation Watch, Grant & Tender Scout, Inbox Front Desk, or one you describe to Ortus Command.
  • On duty while you're away: Duty posts and playbooks run on their own, even when you're signed out. Anything they find is a note in Chats, with a debrief every month.
  • You stay in charge: Anything that sends, posts or changes something waits for your OK.
  • No extra fee: Included with Explorer and Voyager. What operatives do is charged from your balance, like all work.

What happens when you ask

  • Say what you need: "Find five leads for our lawn care service and draft a first email to each."
  • Check the plan: Ortus Command splits it into steps and shows who does what. Each step gets the work before it, and you see what the work uses as it runs.
  • Approve what goes out: The crew does the work. Anything that sends or posts waits for your OK.

Pay for the work, not per person

Plain chat is free up to a daily limit. Work is charged for what it actually uses, shown live as it runs and itemised in Billing, from a balance you top up.

Plans start at $10 a month, all of it credited to your balance, and are priced in Canadian dollars, euros or US dollars, by where you are.

Your crew is waiting.

Sign up, confirm your email with one button, then six short steps set your station up: what you will use it for, your brand, your files, your crew, your updates and a first job. Your Assistant and Station Support are there from the start.
